One expert compared the quality of the main and front cameras of Xiaomi Mi 10 and Samsung Galaxy S10+. Both phones showed decent results, and it was not possible to determine the undisputed leader.
For the purity of the experiment, we used both video shooting and photographing the terrain on the main and front cameras. Moreover, in both cases, testing was carried out in ideal conditions and with insufficient lighting in the dark. The expert even used a significant zoom to see the difference in zoom between Xiaomi Mi 10 and Samsung Galaxy S10+. The results were mixed. The front camera of the Chinese flagship urgently needs stabilization, which last year’s South Korean device has. Because of this, when shooting in selfie mode, Samsung is much better, but the main camera of Xiaomi has much better focus, and image stabilization works fine even when zoomed in.
In the case of poor lighting conditions, the Samsung Galaxy S10+ again strides forward when it comes to the front camera and video recording. In turn, Xiaomi Mi 10 does an excellent job of taking photos at night and shooting on the main camera.
